You will be part of a team who have a diverse mix of experience, collaborate well and hold our clients at the centre of everything they do. The Senior Manager Risk & Control Advisory & Delivery will play a key role in being an expert across risk matters within MCG and the broader Business Bank, working proactively to manage these risks, in order to deliver successful client oues. Key responsibilities for this role includes: Assist in establishing, leading and oversighting the business requirements to appropriately manage its risk and control environment. Accountable for driving a proactive risk and control culture, motivate and inspire a team of risk and control professionals. Provide oversight and advice to leaders for policy, process and control improvement activities. Review and provide expert guidance to ensure effective design of controls for all new and changing processes. Engage with business leaders and Line 2 to determine and rmend optimal course of action to remediate any Financial or Non-Financial risk issues within the BU. Work collaboratively with business partners to deliver support Business Banking growth whilst maintaining strong risk oues. We're interested in hearing from people who have: Experience providing support and advice on higher rated issues and incidents. Knowledge in licensing obligations andpliance requirements. Experience in identifying, prioritising and leading change initiatives to support a strong risk culture. Risk assessment and review experience. Operational risk andplianceernance experience. Credit Risk process and policy application experience.
