Resolution and ownership of problem solving including following through with resolutions and having open communication with Brokers. Ensure all enquiries, complaints, opportunities are responded to quickly and effectively Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies. Keep up to date with industry best practices by participating in business related industry forms and working groups. Debtor managementManage the renewal process for assigned accounts, including the maintenance of renewal and strike rate registers, and create reports as required by the teamManage inter office and external referralsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurer partner, brokers and colleaguesSkills and experience that will lead to successExperience in the Insurance industry with strong knowledge and interest in the motor industryHigh level of computer literacy- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet.Accurate keyboard skillsWell-developed communication skills - oral and writtenAbility to work to strict deadlines with minimal supervision, or in a remote environmentA well-developed market presence at a profession level.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
