As a senior member of the team, focussed on Risk and Advisory services, you will: Play a passionate and meaningful role in developing the careers of team members by enhancing theirernance, risk, control and assurance capabilities Advise clients on theirernance, risk and control frameworks and operating models Plan, lead and deliver a range of assurance engagements in the public, corporate and financial sectors, that help organisations uplift theirernance, risk and control environment Present insights and rmendations to Senior Management and Executive stakeholders Identify opportunities to enhance risk management and internal audit practices Mange projects with responsibility for quality, client service and project financials Invest time building relationships and profile in the market and in the Firm Contribute to the development of the business by supporting pursuit of new opportunities Enough about us. To be considered for this opportunity, your experience will include: Experience in an internal audit, advisory or consulting role Excellent coaching and ability to mentor colleagues and build internal relationships Excellent written and verbalmunication, with the ability to make theplex simple Experience in workshop facilitation and making these workshops interactive, client centred, and action focused Proven experience in delivering reports, proposals and presentations Experience in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders Experience reviewing, designing and implementingernance / risk frameworks and operating models Experience in designing processes andernance (oversight) of those processes Tertiary level qualification in a discipline with relevant professional accreditation It is preferable that you have experience in mining, oil & gas, healthcare, utilities or financial services sectors and/or have relevant professional services experience.
