If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleSolution DesignerJob Description:We are looking for a Solution Designer driven by innovative, out of the box solutions and passionate about complex banking/payments projects.Our Ideal Candidate:We're looking for someone with a passion for modern technology and an interest in Banking/Payments.An excellent team player with good communication skills.Focused on Solutions based approach for complex issues.Passionate about Technical advancements, changes and part of multiple Agile implementation projects.You're involved in the tech community and actively network with likeminded people on new tech in the market.Someone who can lead the project delivery of the squad, from designing solutions to deployment and do not hesitate to roll up your sleeves when requiredResponsibilities:Develop high quality, scalable and performant solutions.Work collaboratively with Technical Architect, BAs and Development Team.Coach, mentor and help the team members to improve their skills.Coordinate with other Tech Leads and the architecture team on best practice and ensuring all squads are aligned.We need you to have:Demonstrable experience in development and designing solutions in complex environment.Strong experience in modern engineering practices and disciplines.Ability to work in a challenging environment and experience dealing with stakeholders.Be details oriented.Good understanding of Agile & Lean delivery principles.
