Manage the day to day operations of the store ensuring compliance with merchandise from dock to floor / online, replenishment and shrinkage. Make your mark as a senior leader at Myer Tea Tree PlazaOpportunities for Succession planning and developmentAbout The Role:Manage the logistics of all merchandise from dock to selling floor ensure efficiency in stock flow, compliance and safety at all timesOversee merchandise support activities ensuring merchandise optimisation in store and click & collect customer ordersActively drive a high performance, customer focused, service and selling cultureEnsure compliance with processes that remain efficient, effective and streamlinedIdentify and champion the implementation of operational process improvement across the storeLead, empower and inspire your team with a consistent focus on developing the next generation of MYER leadersLead and manage store compliance activities and coordinate facilities management, ensuring all managers are fulfilling requirements for their business unitMaintain shrinkage strategy and manage implementation including communication, education, monitoring, review and supportAbout You:Solid experience in a high volume store management, or retail operations leadership role is essentialExperience in Logistics within a retail environment, leading dock-to-floor stock flow and replenishment teams, including training and upholding safety compliance will be advantageous Proven leadership skills with people management experience of a medium to large sized teamWorking knowledge of OH&S processes and practicesAbility to analyse and interpret data and reports to make informed recommendations and decisionsStrong interpersonal skills and can communicate with influence to a diverse teamAbility to drive our Customer First Strategy across a large format department store, offering a wide range of product categoriesExcellent time management skills with the ability to work independently on prioritising and meeting deadlinesStrong retail, financial and business acumenBenefits to you:Become a leader within one of Australia's most-loved department storesCareer development and progression opportunitiesA great range of discounts and Myer Team Member exclusive offersAccess to volunteer, parental and lifestyle leaveService Recognition, Inspirational People Awards, and more!To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours.
