Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated full time Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ampol Guyra. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, and our business is successful. Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to scheduling, inventory management, and staff management. Hire, train, and develop a team of skilled and motivated employees. Monitor and manage food and beverage costs to ensure profitability. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors. Requirements: Proven at least 2 years' experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.
