The Role: This is an Agent situated amongst the top performers of a large franchise group. Monday - Friday, we are seeking a switched-on individual to slot into this fast-paced environment. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: Managing the day-to-day running of this busy agent Email, appointment, and diary management Handling all aspects of sales administration including managing exchanges and settlements Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material & agent branding Preparing and attending proposals, presentations, and auctions Liaise with vendors, buyers, and solicitors Preparing Marketing Material The Candidate: A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is highly desirable Excellent verbal and written communication Strong computer literacy and administrative skills The ability to work proactively and independently A team player who is willing to offer support where needed Immaculate personal presentation The Benefits: Lucrative salary on offer + commissions to be earned!
