Senior Systems Analyst (ServiceNow)About the role... As a Senior System Analyst for ServiceNow, your primary role is to contribute to the development of IT and employee services delivered through ServiceNow. You will use your subject matter expertise, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment to Platform and Bank strategies by: Collaborating with business and technology leadership to oversee and optimise Customer and Enterprise Platform performance and execution of Great Southern Bank's strategy, Shaping new change, both BAU and project, across the Customer and Enterprise Platforms to ensure efficient and effective decision making to drive business value, Contributing a design mindset to evolve technology best practices with our team and suppliers to amplify the capability of the platform In this role you will be a key member of the Customer and Enterprise Platform team, working alongside CIO and business teams to deliver changes that support that support the implementation of Great Southern Bank's strategy. You are an influential member of the technology team that delivers critical capabilities to our internal teams, from IT, Procurement, Operations across to People & Culture. You will deliver, maintain and support employee and corporate initiatives that enable IT Service and Operations Management processes including Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Configuration and Asset Management. You will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to help identify, drive and deliver change that maximises value from ServiceNow and supports the implementation of Great Southern Bank's strategy. The initiatives you deliver will help to make Great Southern Bank a great place to work by giving everyone the tools they need to do their jobs. About you... Tertiary qualification in ITputer Science or relevant discipline/experience is desirable ServiceNow administrator and developer certifications desirable. Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow development experience. Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations. Familiarity with CMDB Implementations Demonstrated expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules and processes. Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems What's in it for you?
