Senior Manager, ESG Investment Communications Public Relations & Corporate Affairs (Marketing & Communications)

Your new role
Reporting to the Principal, Investment Relations, the Senior Manager, ESG & Investment Communications is responsible for developing and implementing ESG & Investment Communications strategies that effectively position AustralianSuper as a trusted, long-term high performing and responsible investor using clear, consistent, and accurate narratives across key Fund stakeholder audiences. As a member of the Corporate Affairs & Investment Relations leadership team the role also contributes to the development of global communications plans, case studies and content that supports the Fund's reputation as a leading global investor.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
ESG Communications Strategy and planning
Investment Communications Strategy and planning
Support member communications in relation to investments activity
Key investment narratives and content
Process development / improvement
What you'll need 10+ years relevant Investor Relations or Investment Communications experience, preferably in a financial services or funds management business.
A solid understanding of investment asset classes and emerging investment themes and challenges
Proven ability to develop communications content.
An understanding and interest in the application of ESG and stewardship activity in Investments
Experience managing third party providers and consultants.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline required. This may include communications, strategy, business, finance.
