ASSISTANT MANAGER | GOLD COAST | $110K + SUPER HIGHLY REPUTABLE FIRM BASED ON THE GOLD COAST CLIENT ORIENTATED CULTURE AND MENTALITY QUICK PROGRESSION TO MANAGER WITHIN 12 MONTHS UP TO $110,000 + SUPER + PROGRESSION FIRM This represents an opportunity with one of the Gold Coast's premier accounting firms who are well entrenched in the community. POSITION The position of Assistant Manager has been created to cater for strong growth and internal movement.
The right candidate will be responsible for the following:
Work on high quality client engagements Manage, mentor and train junior staff Work with some incredible clients CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
CA/CPA qualified 4+ years experience within Australian Public Practice Previous management experience Strong technical tax knowledge Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable) BENEFITS The successful candidate will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary package that reflects their skills and experiences.
