Our client is looking for that individual with enthusiasm and the necessary drive to step up and excel in the Commercial Construction Contracting Estimating arena. You will facilitate projects through the planning, costing and tendering phase.  You will operate at the leading edge of Construction Innovation , working in collaboration with experienced professionals to achieve clients' objectives in aesthetic design, functionality and affordability.

Joining this significant Commercial Building and Construction Contractor and Lead Player in its sector, you will benefit from the company's profile, experience and knowledge . You will hone your skills in understanding the build methodology; reading, interpreting and researching construction documents and analyzing specifications for negotiated, competitively tendered and D&C Projects. You will monitor timelines and manage pre-qualification and submissions, utilising your value-add flair and desire to build relationships with clients and bring "out-of-the-square" thinking to the estimating process to achieve the "Win" in tender submissions .

As a Commercial Construction Estimator with good local experience, you will have established relationships and knowledge of Clients' needs and be able to apply innovation in building efficiency and construction techniques . You will be proactive, self-disciplined in process and motivated to achieve results as you integrate into a genuinely teams-based environment. Relevant tertiary qualifications, and practical Australian experience in Commercial and Industrial building and construction estimatingfrom initial concept, budget estimating, cost planning and tender submissions, would be well rewarded and a distinct advantage.
