Be a strategic partner:  Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, providing high-level cost planning advice. Manage the entire estimating cycle, from analysing tender requirements to finalising subcontracts. Develop strong relationships:  Build trust with clients and subcontractors, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships. Work with the best:  Join a supportive team of professionals who are passionate about exceeding expectations. What you'll do: Analyse project plans and technical data to generate accurate cost and labour estimates. Develop compelling tender packages for subcontractors, ensuring high-quality and competitive bids. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities. Manage the tender process, from market research to securing the best trade coverage. Leverage your expertise to build and maintain a reliable subcontractor database. Present cost plans, manage queries, and prepare detailed submissions for senior management. You're a perfect fit if you have: Experience as an Estimator within the manufacturing or construction industry. A keen eye for detail and the ability to read construction drawings. 2-3 years of experience estimating and measuring projects. The skill to create accurate and competitive cost breakdowns.
