The Role:

Our Box Hill team, In Melbourne South East, are looking for an experienced Senior Business Banker to join the team to manage a diverse portfolio of customers. The opportunity would see you join a consistently high performing team and will see you utilise your strong acquisition and relationship management skills to be successful.

Day to day you will: Assess economic value and risk potential of new business via your network Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth Proactively leveraging networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in our local market Talk to customers about their plans, business and personel wealth creation. Prepare and submit customer lending proposals Identify, manage and mitigate risk impacting customers within dedicated portfolio The purpose of my role:
