Security (Information & Communication Technology)Boeing Defence Australia is shaping the future of aerospace and delivering some of the nation's most important programs for the Australian Defence Force.Joining us is a chance to make your mark, working with a diverse team that is united in pushing the boundaries of imagination and excellence.We currently employ more than 2,500 people across 14 sites in Australia and three international locations and have several opportunities available as we plan for future growth.The opportunityThe Global Security Team in Boeing Defence Australia is dedicated to delivering the most trustworthy and efficient industrial security service in the protection of personnel, infrastructure and all confidential data foundational to Boeing and its clients.Our vision is to be the most reliable, meticulous and trusted Defence Industry provider across all defence services.We are presently seeking an Information Security staff member to support the information security imperatives throughout Boeing Defence Australia.This role is based in Brisbane.Responsibilities:Provide information security advice in an Australian Defence context to key stakeholdersPerform risk assessments and assurance audits of environments across Boeing Defence AustraliaHandle cyber incidents across Boeing Defence AustraliaCollaborate with Enterprise IT specialists, project managers and other internal teams on the development and maintenance of incident management requirements and standards for projects that comply with relevant Government legislation as mandated by the Defence Industry Security ProgramDevelop and implement a Cyber awareness and educational program to ensure compliance, confidentiality and operational security in line with Government requirementsMaintain confidentiality, discretion and high levels of integrity to ensure both Boeing and client information and data is protectedEmpower a culture of safety, security and compliance across the businessExperience/QualificationsThis position requires an Australian Security Clearance at the NV2 Level and applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirementsFamiliarity with Incident Management within the Australian Government context, with a good working knowledge of the ISM, PSPF, DSPF and Defence Cyberworthiness frameworks.A candidate with a diploma or degree in cyber security, IT, related industry experience or industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, SEC+, or GCIH are highly regardedHighly organised, task oriented, self-starter that demonstrates a high degree of initiative and requires minimal supervisionAbility to make and/or change plans, goals and actions in response to an evolving business environment with the awareness to operate as a focal for incident response across the businessAbility to travel periodically as planned or unplanned within or outside assigned regionGood understanding of computer intrusion activity and incident response techniquesPrevious experience in a similar role is highly desirableCultureWe are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
