Now, they have multiple openings for junior to mid-level litigation lawyers to join their dynamic team. You will be part of a group with extensive knowledge in corporate, commercial, and contractual matters, where you'll get to work both independently and collaboratively.

This exciting role will expose you to a variety of matters, including:

Corporations Act disputes like shareholder oppression, breach of directors' duties, and general shareholder remedies. Partnership and trust disputes. Insolvency litigation. Professional negligence cases. General contractual and equitable claims. To thrive in this role, we envision the ideal candidate to:

Be admitted to practice in South Australia/Victoria or Western Australia. Bring a solid background in disputes with demonstrated experience in commercial litigation (gained from a commercial litigation firm or team). Possess excellent communication skills, both in drafting and speaking. Be proactive, approachable, and a team player. Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility to drive matters to successful completion. Demonstrate outstanding research and analytical abilities. Prioritize a client-centric approach. Excel in multitasking and managing competing priorities.
