Role: Coil Tubing Field Specialist - RPI Well Intervention

Location: Moomba SA, Roma QLD and Perth WA

Type of contract: Permanent

Roster: Full Time

Job Description: The Position holder is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to Customers. He/She identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery in various Coil Tubing operation.

The position reports to the Product and Service Delivery Manager

Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams. He/She needs to have self-drive, initiatives and adapt to adverse situations.

Roles and Responsibilities: · Client focal point on location

· Coordinate and plan activities to ensure good and consistent service quality as well as safe operation as per standards and procedures

· Equipment preparation and readiness

· Responsible for crew assignment and fatigue management

· Prepares Coil Tubing job design and develop technical job proposal to be agreed by clients.

· Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

· Responsible for service delivery execution.

· Utilize FDP for job planning, design, execute and close phase

· Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.

· Ensures Personal Competency Profile of crew assigned are matching with Job Competency Requirements

· Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.

· Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.

· Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.

· Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.

· Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.

· Maintain the required safety training.

· Maintain CT equipment (HR580, HR5100, Annual inspection on TOT PCE,…)

· Ensures that people, equipment and materials arrive on time on location, and are rigged up, tested and ready to perform the job with no deviations from KSQR and contingency plans in place.

· Ensures pre job meetings are held with WS Personnel, Client and third- party personnel. Is accountable for the complete Service Delivery process to the Client.

· Executes successful jobs as per the design provided and approved by the Client.

· Supervises overall operation of Coil tubing and other SIMOPS to ensure oration is being conducted safely and effectively

· Identifies any potential unplanned changes to the job program at the well site and initiates the district's Management of Change procedure(s).

· Ensures that all personnel assigned are competent to drive and/or operate their assigned equipment.

· Completes all the required pre and post job paper work and job tickets on time and without errors as per company policies.

· Ensures preventive maintenance on equipment is performed as per WS Standard 03 and that units are in safe, clean and proper working condition for the next service job.

· Performs KSQR inspections, CAT Self Assessments to ensure compliance with WS and SLB QHSE Standards.

· Participates in the District HS&E & Quality initiatives and programs (e.g. SOIM's, Risk Assessments, Quality Improvements, Emergency Response Plan, HSE and SQ Objectives, LPT and SQC).

· Performs Risk Analysis (e.g. HARC, JSA) before each job or task and identifies & addresses potential safety hazards. Corrects and report hazards immediately in QUEST or to Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience: · Min 2-3 year Technical College associate degree in relevant discipline

· Min 5 years relevant experience

· Have valid BOSIET, MSIC, CSTP and OGUK medical certificates

· Completion of FS2 Modules & CT FES and CT TS

· Completion of OFS-2 and HSE-2 course

· Competent in below services:

o X11 Unit

o Coil Tubing logging / perforating

o Milling, Fishing

o Active Coil

· Ability to maintain high quality of service delivery at the wellsite, in terms of safety, quality and efficiency of operation

· Ability to run required services, supervise operations and managing people, interact with clients and other related parties

· Good personnel skills, excellent in communication, highly self-motivated, competent computer skills and ability to learn new software

· Can work in a high-pressure, learns quickly and adapts to new problems and situations

· Must be a team player, able to get along with individuals from other groups in the organization, and a good communicator

· Excellent English written and verbal communication skills essential

· Available to start as soon as possible.
