Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) is an integrated transport infrastructure and precincts planning project that will deliver a 90km rail line linking every major train service from the Frankston Line to the Werribee Line via Melbourne Airport, as well as investment in the suburbs, better connecting Victorians to jobs, retail, education, health services and each other. Suburban Rail Loop Authority (SRLA) is the statutory body established to plan all elements of the project, procure builders, develop structure planning for SRL Precincts and oversee construction and the other changes that will help transform Melbourne and Victoria.

About the opportunity Reporting to the Manager, Information Management and Intranet, you will play a pivotal role in:

Managing SharePoint administration, workflow automation and migration activities Liaising with program and project teams to ensure end-to-end migration activities are implemented successfully Creating scalable, robust, and efficient solutions that align with the strategic objectives Engaging with key stakeholders to determine business needs that can be met using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform and other Microsoft or related technologies as appropriate Undertaking the planning, design, building, execution, testing and reconciliation of the migration processes for required objects Developing and implementing automated solutions and apps as required (including SharePoint Online, Intranet, Power Platform and workflow) in line with branding guidelines and designs from user experience (UX)/user interface (UI) artefacts Developing and implementing custom solutions using Power Automate and/or Power Apps Ensuring features are compliant with Victorian Government standards such as security, information management and compliance, and web accessibility This is an ongoing, full-time role. You will work in a hybrid work model with access to a range of flexible working arrangements.

Experience in using Power Automate or other workflow and automation tools to optimise site and business processes Experience with working on large, complex migration projects using Sharegate or other industry standard tools Proficiency in SharePoint and Teams, and an understanding of Microsoft Office 365 applications Experience with the investigation, analysis, planning, execution, reconciliation and reporting of data, along with an interest in using data to inform decisions Ability to work effectively within a project team and provide advice and support that meets requirements of the user and the team Ability to anticipate, understand and respond to work requirements on time and to required specifications, communicate progress against plans, and work independently to meet deadlines Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide accurate and detailed solution documentation Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including problem-solving, dispute resolution and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy A recognised tertiary qualification or demonstrated experience in Information Technology or Information Management Generous leave entitlements An emphasis on work-life balance High-performing team environment Equal opportunity employer Personal and professional development opportunities Committed to safety and wellbeing Training and development opportunities Our People Strategy and Gender Equality Action Plan are designed to enhance diversity in our workplace through targeted attraction strategies.
