They foster an authentic, collaborative, fun working environment and you'll part of an amazing team that will push you to grow, support you with challenges and let you shine.About the opportunity…As part of a high-performing and collaborative Account Management team, you will support their strategic clients with the entire range of Products, offering strategic solutions in the ANZ market.Your focus will be to manage and grow existing accounts and collaborate with the wider team to deliver the best customer experience for their extensive suite of software solutions.Part of the role will include taking ownership of our customer success platform Totango and becoming the Tagango subject matter expert for the business in region.You will work autonomously managing your own accounts as well as drive change across the wider team to meet quarterly Business KPI and support the leadership team to establish best practices across the renewals, account management and customer success team.This role is a coach/player position with a clear path into leadership in a rapidly growing, SaaS software business.Requirements:5 years + Software Account Management experienceExperience with the customer success platform Totango (required)Strong self starter who is pro active and capable of leading changeStrong understanding of software technology sales cyclesKeen to take a journey with a fast paced technology companyExtended holiday entitlementInhouse learning and development initiativesMental Health & Wellness ProgramsState of the Art offices and on site baristaHybrid flexi Working Set UpIf you're a successful Client/Account Manager who is looking for the potential next step in their career with a global fast growing company, we'd love to hear from you!Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Report this job advert
