The Territory Manager is accountable for achieving agreed sales of all Ormco's product range within the territory. The primary focus for this role will be to grow the overall sales figure throughout each given period (generally by calendar year), as directed by management. This role is based in Perth, western Australia.

Job Requirements: Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Territory Sales Volume - Ensure the achievement of target sales volumes and revenue for the territory by planning and maintaining systematic call patterns, developing and maintaining close business relationships with orthodontists, their staff and key clients, and by identifying new opportunities to increase Ormco's sales and growth within the territory. Territory Management - Ensure effective management of the respective sales territory by the timely and accurate maintenance, preparation and submission of relevant sales reports, co-ordinating special events with other sales team members and keeping the Regional Sales Manager aware of significant developments within the territory. Marketing and Sales Co-ordination - Contribute to the orderly and systematic marketing and sales of Ormco's products in the market by the timely and accurate preparation of Territory sales and expense budgets and by adherence to all agreed sales and pricing policies. Sales and Relationship Development - Hands-on courses and continuing education will be a key component in developing sales. Developing these with Key Opinion leaders is essential for success. The integration of the courses with the orthodontists is pivotal. Team Member Participation - Contribute to the teamwork and work climate within Ormco's operation by assisting other team members where appropriate, seeking areas where further work contributions may be made and by maintaining effective work relations with all other staff members. Represent Ormco Pty Ltd, Australia - Contribute to the effective representation of Ormco's interests by promoting and representing the company with involvement in exhibits, trade shows and conventions, and in industry association activities.
