The Company
My client are a large ASX listed corporate services business located in Sydney CBD. They support a number of well known corporate businesses with their administrative services across HR, payroll and technical operations.
The Role
The Finance Director will work closely with the CFO to manage the day-to-day operations across the corporate and shared services entities. You will manage a team of 10 people sitting across shared services, accounting and reporting and will work with the wider business to help expand the role of Shared Services in the business. Additional duties will include:
- Ownership of the Financial Control framework
- Ownership of the audit program
- Oversight of shared service functions including payroll, tax, AP/AR and Fixed Assets
- Ownership of General Ledger and FP&A
The role will also partner closely with the CFO for all system and process transformation programs undertaken by the business.
Your Profile
You will be an experienced finance leader with professional services experience. You will have managed both shared service and corporate accounting functions and also lead transformation work both technical and systems based. You will be looking for career progression opportunities and to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment and can also demonstrate business partnering at executive level.
