One of NSW's market leading Residential builders are on the hunt for their next Site Manager. They have two large luxury apartment projects beginning soon and are looking for a Site Manager to join their team. 

ABOUT YOU

The successful Site Manager will be responsible for delivering residential build projects across Sydney. This is a role with the potential to develop into the most senior site specialist in the business. This Residential Builder has a strong pipeline of work and isn't slowing down!As the Foreman you will be ultimately responsible for the on-site activities of all active site teams from a Time, Safety and Quality perspective. You will assist in the development of construction programs , while working in a delivery capacity, and managing residential sites.

Y ou will need to be able to demonstrate: 

Must have 4 years experience as a Residential Site Manager with a reputable builder Must have full working rights and experience with a reputable builder Clear understanding on the building process of a home Trade Qualified (carpenter ideal) This is a role that will see you further develop within the business so stability with former employers is essential   Must have worked for a reputable residential builder in a major Australian city and have full Australian working rights, Ability to manage a number of homes concurrently Team player looking to flourish with a business who has an incredibly supportive leader and team.
