Senior Level Commercial Litigation Lawyer

who is adept in handling a wide range of commercial litigation matters to assist their clients, including some well known franchises, with a range of disputes for a broad range of SME's & corporations across varied industries.

Essentially the role will involve providing timely, commercially astute and strategic advice for a high quality clientele to deliver their desired outcomes. As a key senior lawyer within the Dispute Resolution & Litigation practice here you will contribute your expertise, sharing your knowledge & insights with those less experienced to provide expert advice & strategies on disputes arising from eg. contract/agreement breaches, property disputes, debt recovery, bankruptcy & insolvency, shareholder and enforcement matters.

About you...Our client is looking for a skilled practitioner with

extensive Litigation experience
