As a Principal Engineer, you'll get the opportunity to join a number of initiatives and be focused on designing, building and deploying innovative technology solutions in the customer identity and access management space that will enable us to build tomorrow's bank, today for our customers

We're interested in hearing from people whoThrive on solving complex problems using your strong engineering background along with your analytical, consulting skills.Own the design process of innovative technical solutions to solve strategic business problems related to security and customer identity and access management.Identity visionary, staying ahead of the latest industry trends.Big picture thinker and a willingness to accept and adapt ideas from various sources to ensure a holistic approach.Advocate for a simple yet secure customer experience.Good understanding of the integration of SaaS solutions, and security and risk implications for financial institutions.Strong communicator and problem solver with understanding to translate business needs into commercially viable solution designs that can be implemented by the delivery teams.Ability to understand and balance between technical features and compliance requirements.Support the definition of reference architectures to ensure the future strategic alignment with internal models (e.g. BIAN) and industry identity standards (e.g OAuth 2, OIDC, FIDO, CIBA, FAPI2, ABAC, RBAC & OPA).Can share knowledge and Influence at executive level the future of the Group's technology estate.

Tech skills:

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;Identity Architecture experience in designing and developing CIAM solution for enterprise.Solid understanding of security standards and frameworks OAUTH, OpenID Connect, UMA, FIDO, FAPI and TDIF.Demonstrate working knowledge of PEP, PIP, PDP, PAP and different deployment options.Contributed and supported the creation of Strawman, Service blueprints, Solutions Architecture, Guardrails, Principles and Patterns
