Our client are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer who's ready to step up and make a real impact in the role. Duties and responsibilities include: Provide high levels of customer service, acting as the contact point for new and existing clients Provide administrative support to your team, undertaking fact finds, preparing for client meetings, assisting with implementation and compliance, ad hoc administration duties within the team Facilitation of client advice implementation and ensure appropriate processing, proactively following up on on applications and documentation Manage communications between all stakeholders, both internal and external, including product providers, insurers, investments, and superannuation funds; Follow policies, processes and service standards to ensure legislative compliance is upheld, with a high attention to detail We are looking for someone with: Working experience as a Client Service Office supporting Financial Advisers Client focused with aims to provide exceptional service and have a significant impact on the lives of our clients Outstanding organisation, communication and interpersonal skills A desire to learn with a growth mindset towards their development A self-motivated individual who can work both autonomously or collaboratively within a close team Strong communication and customer service skills, with professional verbal and written etiquette and a positive, friendly attitude
