About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team to assist in the delivery of various residential construction projects in Sydney.

The key objectives for the Site Manager are the supervision and coordination of site personnel with the flair and capability to lead continuous improvement on site, in line with the project program, and deliver the finest details to our project.

Reporting to the Area Manager, your responsibilities will include • You will be responsible for controlling and leading the onsite teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

• Ensuring the day-to-day operations on-site run smoothly

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external

• Issues directives to correct defective works and ensure stop payment of Vendor is in place until resolved

• Proactively resolving build issues, liaising with your clients

• Ensure that a high standard of finish is achieved on all Homes and defect free at handover.

• Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program

• Ensuring all work is performed to the highest standard, and adheres to company policies and procedures and industry regulations

• Ensuring high standards of WHS compliance on site.

• Comply with responsibilities under the current Work Health and Safety legislation

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a building supervisor

• At least 10 years industry experience with significant exposure to trades, suppliers and clients

• White card

• Current first Aid training

• Open site supervisor license

• The ability to communicate professionally, prioritise and meet deadlines; and Implement a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.

• Strong understanding of WHS requirements and conflict resolution skills
