You will be responsible for supporting the establishment and maintenance of quality and clinical governance systems and processes across all areas of the business to ensure a high standard of quality, care, and safety.

Reporting to the General Manager for Quality and Clinical Excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to influence continuous improvement throughout our national organisation.

We will offer you: A role with true purpose Inspirational leadership in a growing company Building a career in Australia's largest home care package provider Annual performance development plans, career, and succession planning Flexible work arrangements including a hybrid working model Access to a range of employee benefits programs including wellbeing program as well reward and recognition As a Quality Business Partner, you will be responsible for: Management, investigation and reporting of incidents Internal audits within nominated timeframes Completion of regular comprehensive client file reviews Developing action plans for continuous improvement, along with partnering with our internal stakeholders to ensure these are implemented and delivered Ensuring regulatory compliance requirements with the ACQS are met and maintained Building key relationships with relevant internal stakeholders to achieve operational excellence Preparation of internal audit reports and presenting evidence-based findings We are looking for someone with: Registered Nurse qualifications and an unrestricted AHPRA registration Demonstrated experience in aged care in industry, preferably community setting and within a quality or auditing role Knowledge of Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program, DVA, NDIS Aged Care Quality Standards and ACIS High level stakeholder management experience with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Qualification in either Quality Management Systems or Lead Auditor - Quality Management Systems is highly desirable The right to work in Australia National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (myHomecare can organise this at no cost to you) To apply, upload your resume through SEEK
