We have a current opportunity available for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. In this role you will be required to manage the implementation of the Michael Hill marketing campaigns across the Australian, New Zealand and Canadian markets and contribute to the successful long-term development of the MH brand by using evidence-based customer centric practices.

In this hands-on role, your Primary responsibilities will be to: Campaign Management including planning and implementation to ensure the brand is reflected effectively and relevantly in each market. Lead and manage a team of marketers to ensure campaigns are programs of work are best in class, and enable their ongoing development. Manage Media, Creative and PR agencies to build and development critical strategies and campaigns delivery. Work with Insights and Optimisation Manager to deliver a seamless, integrated and well-coordinated approach to campaigns across all channels. Work with creative, CRM, ecommerce and production teams to deliver fully integrated, coordinated campaigns. Ensure the MH brand is well-represented and protected throughout all marketing programs. Manage competitor activity to provide accurate reports based on competitor brand, campaigns, product and pricing. Provide clear briefs with accurate timelines and budgets to agencies. Contribute to team culture, ideas sharing and ownership, acknowledging contributions and good work practices. Work closely with our CMO and Group Brand and Marketing Manager to provide full insights into programs of work and opportunities. The successful applicant will ideally have: 10+ years experience in marketing, with at least 4 - 5 in a similar marketing role with an emphasis on retail. Proven skills in brand management and campaign management, in particular process and stakeholder management. Good working knowledge of integrated and omni-channel marketing. Passionate about using data and customer insights to inform campaign development. Able to work with marketing agencies to support brand and campaigns across all markets. Strong communication skills to inform and influence internal and external stakeholders. Proven budget management skills. A constructive can-do attitude. People management skills that enable professional growth and development.
