This privately owned principal contractor specialises in high end D&C residential towers. With an attractive portfolio of projects at the Gold Coast and in Brisbane their repeat customer base ensures a steady revenue stream and continuity of local work.
The Role Due to their continued success, they are looking for a Detail oriented, Senior Site Manager for an incredibly luxurious $70m development at the southern end of the Gold Coast. This luxury apartment development required some used to managing specialist trades and consultants with the highest level of quality management and a superior eye for detail.
About you As the Senior Site Manager, you will have extensive experience working on projects of a similar scope and size. You will demonstrate long tenure in your resume and be supported by excellent references.
Safety will be your number 1 priority and your ability to run a well programmed, organised, tidy site will be the lead indicator for your success with safety, program and quality outcomes.
You will have experience leading high performing teams by developing a culture on site that is fine tuned for success. Your leadership traits will bring the best out of your team and subcontractors. Your program will allow for the highest level of productivity and will give your subcontractors the best opportunity for a safe and clean run at their tasks, whilst ensuring the highest level of finish.
You will demonstrate superior leadership capability and smarts with your program. You will understand the complexities of dealing with such high-level finishes and allow for them in your sequencing.
You will be used to working with Tier 2 systems such as Excel, MSP, Procore and Hammertech
