About the Role Opteon is seeking a dynamic Regional Director within our central QLD team in locations Mackay/Bundaberg/Rockhampton . Reporting to the State Director of QLD, you will lead and manage the residential valuers, promoting a service-oriented culture that prioritises customer satisfaction and employee growth. Your key responsibilities include driving proactive performance and operational excellence , aligning the team's efforts with Opteon's operational and strategic objectives and promoting a workplace environment that encourages employee engagement and teamwork. To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in property valuation, effective leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and a results-driven mindset.
A bout You We are seeking a driven professional & leader with a deep commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and professional growth. Having strong residential valuation knowledge , operational excellence & mentoring passion is required along with the selection criteria below.
Key Selection Criteria:
• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
• CPV status combined with experience in the residential valuation space.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
• Previous management or leadership experience is required .
