Job Description Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. Aligning marketing efforts with product development, sales, and business goals. Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. Creating compelling marketing campaigns across various channels. Managing the company's online presence. Cultivating relationships with stakeholders and influencers. Analysing marketing metrics to optimise strategies. Staying informed about industry trends and technologies. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will possess:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Demonstrated proficiency in various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems. Proven track record in email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics. Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, data analysis, and staying abreast of technology trends. Hands-on experience with website management, including familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices (WordPress). Proficiency in MS Office suite. Competency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
