minimum 4-20+ years

PAE

property law

experience (no maximum limit);Have proven ability to highly

autonomously

manage your own property law files from start to finish including

high-end large-scale/complex residential/commercial/industrial/retail property

transactions across multiple stages of the development cycle from acquisition through to sales .Have strong technical property law skills/knowledge+drafting/negotiation/client-management skills;Have previously had some

business development/marketing

experience and willing to engage in such to further grow the business (it's

NOT essential

that you have any current transferrable client base);are willing/able to

relocate
