Role Overview Product Owner will be responsible for driving business outcomes and coordinating across multiple platforms and cross-functional teams to deliver data requirements for the business. You will need recent hands-on knowledge and be very comfortable with leading, planning, and executing complex in-squad and cross-tribe initiatives in an agile environment. You need to be people focused and build and maintain relationships, deal with pressure and negotiate with ease with business stakeholders.

About the Role :  The Product Owner will be responsible for driving the development and implementation to meet business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities : Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, representing the voice of the customer and prioritising features and enhancements for the solution. Collaborate with business users, compliance teams, and IT partners to gather requirements, define user stories, and refine product backlog items. Work closely with implementation teams to configure and customise the platform to support KYC processes and workflows. Define acceptance criteria for user stories and ensure that delivered features meet quality standards and business expectations. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user training and adoption of new features and functionality. Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation. Provide ongoing support and maintenance including troubleshooting issues and addressing user feedback. Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration/Computer Science. 12+ years overall experience with 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on KYC processes. In-depth knowledge of KYC regulations (e.g., AML, CDD) and experience working in regulated industries such as banking or financial services. Proven experience on KYC requirements, including client on boarding, due diligence, and periodic reviews. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing product backlogs and sprint planning sessions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs and regulatory standards. Ability to prioritize competing demands and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
