Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of HR functions including employee relations, internal L&D initiatives, and policy creation to ensure compliance within a modern and ever changing workforce.Key Responsibilities: Manage employee relations queries, providing guidance and solutions in alignment with our values;Lead and oversee all aspects of awards management, ensuring our team is recognised and rewarded appropriately;Develop and implement internal learning and development initiatives to foster employee growth and skill enhancement;Create and update HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and maintain compliance with relevant regulations; andCollaborate with leadership to support a commitment to a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications and Experience: Experience in a HR Advisor position, ideally within a dynamic and fast-paced setting;Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and regulations;Adept at handling employee relations queries and resolving conflicts with professionalism and empathy;Experience in managing and interpreting awards;Familiarity with creating and implementing internal learning and development initiatives;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; andHR qualifications or relevant degree is preferred.
