You will be part of an experienced team working to delivery high quality information to support senior stakeholder across CBA and regulatory engagement related to customer complaints. You will use your expertise in Data Analytics and problem solving to ensure information shared is timely, accurate and fit for purpose.On a day-to-day basis, you will:Apply expertise in analytics to help team leader to scope effort required for new projects.Collaborate with team members to deliver CBA group wide and regulatory reporting obligations.Develop and foster strong working relationships with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities to improve the current suite of information.Embrace a continuous improvement mindset and seek to find ways to standardise and simplify recurring regulatory and board reporting deliverables.We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in office.
