About us The Department of Government Services (DGS) was?established?on 1 January 2023 to improve everyone's experience of doing business and interacting with the Victorian government.?We bring important day-to-day services together in one department to make things easy and seamless for Victorians and businesses.?We are doing this by connecting and digitising our systems and platforms across state and local government as well as streamlining our corporate and procurement services.? About the role Reporting to the Manager, Residential Bonds, the role of the Functional Analyst is responsible for: * Overseeing and delivering RTBA website projects, aligned with RTBA and CAV's strategic priorities. * Daily management, oversight and deliverables of projects arising from RTBA's transactional website. * Preparing and providing operational advice to RTBA senior managers and others across the DGS. * Supervising various providers of services to the RTBA, and liaison with other agencies. * Undertaking other tasks required for the effective and efficient administration of the RTBA. There is an ongoing position available. The work location for this position is Melbourne CBD with hybrid work arrangements available. About you To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate: * Knowledge of the operation of the RTBA or rental bonds on residential tenancies, or experience in large scale outsourcing of government services. Requirements * A qualification in IT or other business discipline and basic Salesforce platform knowledge, especially in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, from an analyst perspective, would be highly desirable.
