Job ExpectationsWe have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Business Innovation Manager. This role will report to the Executive Manager, Field Digital Strategy & Innovation.A bit about your roleThe Business Innovation Manager's purpose is to design, develop, and implement business systems. This can include automation, integrations, learning models, custom tools, and workflow to meet business requirements and drive efficiencies in cost, productivity, cycle time, waste reduction, and SLA performance.This is an opportunity to take on an end-to-end view of solution delivery. It will include cross-pillar processes and implementing efficient low-maintenance solutions.A bit about youThe successful candidate will bring software development and system integration experience.This role will require you to leverage your skills in Microsoft PowerApps Suite. You have proven experience in Field Service Management and product development as you will create innovative solutions to drive business success.You are proficient in Power Automate including robotic process automation and integration. Strong knowledge of Python, C#, web scripting languages and data management skills are essential.Exceptional stakeholder management, interpersonal, communication, influencing, and analytical skills will be valuable.
