This involves assessing market trends, competitive landscape, and scientific advancements to identify opportunities for medical innovation and growth.•Medical Affairs Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the medical affairs team. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, ensuring effective communication and coordination of activities.•Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, medical experts, and healthcare professionals. Engage with external stakeholders to gather insights, support scientific exchange, and foster collaborations that contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge and patient care.•Clinical Development and Research: Oversee clinical development programs and research activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and research and development, to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials, data analysis, and publication of.•Healthcare Advocacy and External Engagement: Represent the organization at medical conferences, scientific meetings, and healthcare forums.
