Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, Cleve District Hospital and Aged Care, CleveSalary $1,106.10 - $1,117.80 per week - Ongoing Full Time - WHA4$1,083.60 - $1,095.10 per week - Ongoing Full Time - WHA3 Multiple Positions Available The Direct Care Worker RoleThe Direct Care Worker (Residential) will assist in providing a direct client service to residents of the Residential Care Home.The Direct Care Worker (Residential) is accountable to the Supervisor/Manager and works in close collaboration with health professionals and is part of a multi-disciplinary team.As a WHA4 you must have completed an AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.Please refer to the job pack below for more detailed information on the position, responsibilities and qualifications.The hospital at Cleve and Crestview Hostel are run by the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network. Cleve Hospital has five inpatient beds, providing emergency, general medicine, post-surgical care, x-ray, rehabilitation and palliative care. There are also fifteen Multipurpose Funded beds within the hospital.The Crestview Hostel is co-located with the hospital and provides a homelike setting with 20 rooms.
