No matter who you are or who you think you are.ROLE PURPOSEThe role of the Planning Executive is to deliver best-in-class media planning and seamless implementation for multiple campaign activations across all channels (digital & offline). This person should be well informed in the Australian media landscape and be able to reference this knowledge in client meetings and within their team. WHAT YOU'LL BE INVOLVED WITHInternal relationship managementMedia implementation & planningCampaign analysis and optimisationCampaign management & finance processesCompetitor & market analysisSupport the coordinator in the team KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOptimise and track all campaign variables to ensure all objectives are met, work to ensure all planning ideas/strategies are delivered through the activation processProactively completes regular and continuous analysis of market trends, economic issues Campaign analysis and optimisationOptimise campaigns and utilise the Tracking sheet to keep the team up to date on the progress of the campaignMaintain accurate budget and spend management of campaignsYOUR SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCEMinimum 1-2 years relevant experience Experience of media buying/planning across offline & digital media channels in a marketing agency is beneficialPreferably a university degree or higher education qualificationsExpert understanding and working knowledge of Australian media landscapeExperience across the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and ExcelAn understanding and experience using the following tools is advantageous: eTAM, Roy Morgan and AQX.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORWorks well within a team environment, including being responsible for junior team membersDevelops and maintains professional and friendly media and client relationshipsCurious with a willingness for continuous learning and progressionStrong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesAttention to detail that is second to noneSound planning, project management and time management skillsConfident and engaging interpersonal, presentation and communication skillsWHAT DOES LIFE AT SPARK LOOK LIKE?We offer progressive flexible working options to everyone at all levels - It's not a policy.
