You will be responsible for making a real difference in our clients' business—and our own. The Account Executive provides mid-level support in the Accounts/Performance area. This role allows for development opportunities within client servicing, account management and hands-on learning for a variety of tools & platforms. Additionally, there are opportunities to develop into the digital media space. ACCOUNTABILITIESAssistance to campaign implementation across digital channels - across search, social and programmatic Management of Lumina (our media plan system), input buys and actualisationsManaging finance processes - owning the PO tracker, helping to load into BMD, invoice and account queries etc.Admin support on exciting digital content partnerships with key partners such as Mamamia, News.com.au and SpotifyMonthly reporting and dashboard assistance to deliver key learning to client brand teams EXPERIENCEMinimum 1 year of relevant account management/media buying/media planning experience within the industryDesire to learn and grow your knowledge both in the digital space and in the client servicing departmentCompetent in the various investment processes, tools, and buying fundamentalsDemonstrate a solid understanding of audience trends across all media channels and working with client media contractsAdvantageous if you can demonstrate competency for relevant systems including: SMD, BCC, eTAM, TARDIIS, MOVE, Asteroid, Microsoft Office & Nielsen AnswersStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks Prioritises and manages tasks / time efficientlyAt Publicis Leon, as part of the Publicis Groupe network, we believe that our people are our greatest asset.
