Personal AssistantA full time, permanent opportunity has arisen for a talented Personal Assistant to join our Bupa Health Services team. Reporting to the Executive Assistant you will provide a high level of professional administrative support two Directors within the Health Services Leadership Team and their respective teams ensuring an efficient, organised working environment. What will your day look like: Provide high level business administrative support two Directors within the Health Services Leadership Team and their respective teams, supporting the delivery of key priorities and deliverables. Extensive calendar management including coordinating meetings, preparing background information, pre-read material, agendas and recording of action items. Act as a point of contact for internal and external parties where appropriate, including prioritising and distributing emails, correspondence and mail. Prepare presentations, written reports, spreadsheets, documents, quality assess reports and prepare ad-hoc reports as required. Provide timely and accurate preparation of tactical administrative support activities for the Directors and their teams, including: Invoice management - raising purchase orders, payment requests, ensuring timely approval and recording of accounts and information. Expense management - reconcile corporate cards and expense reimbursements on a monthly basis. Travel management - book travel in line with the Bupa travel policy. Event management - supporting team events including catering, venue bookings and logistics. Recruitment management - onboarding/offboarding of all new starters within the Health Services team. What do I need? 3+ years' experience providing personal assistant support for senior management Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in an organised manner Exceptionalmunication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and trust Experience in utilising judgment, confidentiality and discretion at a senior support level Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to engage with Executives and Business Leaders, and all people throughout the organisation to achieve shared oues Ability to use initiative and drive when managing multiple business support priorities Demonstrable attention to detail and follow-up to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work Ability to problem solve and 'think on your feet', work independently and with clarity of delivery Thriving in fast paced transformative environments Desire to take on projects and acquire new skills Experienced in Microsoft Outlook (Advanced), and Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint (Intermediate) and Microsoft Teams Accurate word processing skills with attention to detail Experience with troubleshooting general technology issues and navigating systems About Bupa Asia Pacific Bupa is an international healthcare group which has beenmitted to a purpose of helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world for more than 70 years.
