Warehouse Operator

Key responsibilities Picking in line with daily KPIsCounting semi-finished stock on a fortnightly & monthly basisEnsuring sufficient stock of pallets and cardboard available for productionManaging stock using FIFO methodManage quality stock for destruction & regrindEnsuring stock is in the correct location in the warehouseUnloading empty bins in a timely manner / daily counts requiredUnload raw material deliveries - this is a mix of multiple deliveriesGoods receipting raw materialsChecking quality of semi-finished product bins to ensure correct labels are displayed and bins are not damaged prior to loading About YouTo be successful, you'll require a valid forklift licence with forklift driving experience in addition to the following: Experience working in a fast-paced warehousing environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills including data entry experienceAbility to follow written work instructions, keep accurate records and have a strong attention to detailAbility to work in a team environment, with a high level of engagement and participationAbility to investigate issues and problem solve effectivelyA strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement activities
