Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, the Land Delivery Manager - WA will help deliver land approvals for major infrastructure projects as well as assist in the growth and development of a high performance team.The Land Delivery Manager - WA shall possess the following key skills and qualifications:Property related tertiary qualifications (preferred) with Project Management qualifications or other related qualifications (highly desired);At least 10 years' experience delivering land access and acquisition activities for major infrastructure projects in Western Australia with a preference for exposure to renewables (generation, hydrogen), electricity transmission and other energy and resource projects; andProven experience managing high performing teams within a major project environment.Responsibilities include:Land Delivery Strategy and ImplementationDevelop land access, land acquisition and early engagement strategies to facilitate the timely delivery of land for infrastructure projects through respectful, genuine and empathetic conduct;Develop land access, land acquisition and early engagement implementation plans aligned to the approved strategies;Integrate with and actively participate in client project teams to proactively and successfully drive forward land delivery. Where required, negotiate land access and land acquisition for infrastructure projectsBusiness DevelopmentIdentify, approach and build professional relationships with potential infrastructure clients within Western Australia to raise brand awareness, identify and win business opportunities;Develop and submit high-quality proposals for infrastructure projects and participate as required in the tender process;Identify and attend industry conferences and other networking opportunities;ManagementFollowing approval from the Head of Infrastructure, identify and approach potential candidates to join the WA team;Manage and monitor performance of team members and provide guidance and support as requiredFacilitate a high-performing, supportive culture within the WA team through genuine, empathetic leadership;Participate in management meetings with JLL Infrastructure Advisory management teamLand Tenure and RegistrationMaintain a strong understanding of land tenure and registration arrangements in Western Australia.You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
