Client Services Specialist Description: Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in Canberra ACT office: Client Services Specialist What can you expect? In this role you will support colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient, and timely production of all policy and related documentation across the insurance life cycle. Supported with training in thebination of online learning modules, systems support from the Operations team and 1:1 on the job learning. Working under the umbrella of operations you will help drive standardization of processes and procedures. This includes providing legallypliant work to the client and entering accurate information into all Marsh IT Applications, enabling the delivery of analytical statistics. Genuine flexible work life balance We will count on you to: Consistently use the required IT Applications to maintainpliance, accuracy, and workload, contributing to resource allocation and process improvement Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of client transactions including but not limited to: invoices and related policy accounting documentation quotation and placing slips premium and adjustment calculations information and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings draft policy wordings and endorsements renewal reports and insurance manuals certificates of currency current and outstanding documentation follow ups all other documentation Support the achievement of high levels of client satisfaction through effective administrative support to Account Brokers Support effective working relationships with clients and insurers as required by the Account Brokers Ensure that accurate up to date records on all clients are maintained at all times. Possess a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance which thepany offers to its clients. Possess a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of the Insurance (Agents & Brokers) Act, Insurance Contracts Act, Fire Services Levy, Stamp Duties, Worker'spensation and other relevant legislation. Acquire and maintain an awareness of the client's business and insurance needs, noting all briefing information provided by senior servicing and broking managers. Develop and maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation. Adhere strictly to thepany's Quality practices and other systems and procedures. Other duties as may be required from time to time. What you need to have: Excellentmunication skills (verbal and written). Strong administration and organizational skills. Sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite and a fast learner of otherputerized systems. Ability to work under pressure and possess an understanding of the importance to meet deadlines through effective time management skills. Motivated self-starter focused on achieving results and able to work autonomously as well as be a team player. What makes you stand out?
