Responsibilities: Lead the development for continuous improvement of Risk Management reporting andernance. Co-ordinating and preparing risk reporting (Line 2) for Boards andmittees, ensuring high- quality, relevant and consistent risk andpliance information is to facilitate risk-based decision making. Analyse the risk andpliance environment, including data, andmunicate insights in a format required by the stakeholder. Ensure reporting requirements are meet and executed within required performance parameters. Overseeing the periodic review schedule for Risk Management Level 1 policies, and other framework artefacts. Undertake action items in response to reviews by internal and external auditors, and regulators. Contribution to industry consultations as required. To be successful in this role you will possess: Undergraduate degree in Businessmerce, Law, or relevant subjects (required) Extensive experience in risk,pliance and/orernance roles withinplex financial services organisations Detailed knowledge of risk andpliance frameworks Demonstrated experience working in the Superannuation industry (essential) Experienced in design, implementation and management of risk processes and reporting. Ability to drive behavioural and mindset changes and work effectively with multiple key internal and external stakeholders to build trusted relationships whilst managingpleting priorities. Strong report writing, data presentation and excel abilities with a high attention to detail. Strong analytical skills and ability to make sense ofplex and logical problems quickly. Ability to impart knowledge and experience through coaching.
