Accord Care has a fantastic opportunity for a Scheduling Officer to join our team effective immediately. The scheduling officer will respond directly to the Scheduling team leader. As a scheduling officer, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and scheduling casual and part time staff shifts for the company. The successful applicant will be highly adaptable and an active team player. Skills and experience The applicant will have previous experience working in a similar role, particularly knowledge of best practice rostering procedures in a similar industry. Accuracy and attention to detail with data entry Effective communication/time management skills and the ability to liaise effectively with staff and managers to coordinate shifts. Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail. Previous experience with rostering software like deputy (Preferably) Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
