Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating outreach campaigns, and nurturing relationships with potential clients.

This role serves as a launching pad for career growth, with the opportunity to transition into a Commercial Account Executive position through tailored training and mentorship.

Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage with prospects Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and set up meetings for the sales team Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities in CRM system Continuously learn about our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and sales opportunities Career progression pathway: We are committed to nurturing talent within our organization. As part of your development plan, we will provide training and support to help you transition into a Mid-Market Account Executive role within the first year, allowing you to take on more responsibilities and play a larger role in driving our sales efforts. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges Eligibility to work in Australia Why join us?
