This individual needs to have hunting experience in global sales.Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and Manage the overall sales strategy and sales plan.Primary accountability drives sales/revenue growth globally.New client acquisitionDeveloping and/or contributing vertical capabilities, competence, and maturity.Client Prospecting: Engaging with current and potential clients regarding business and partnering opportunities and converting opportunities to mutually beneficial business outcomes.Developing and/or extending ecosystem partnerships to enhance client solutionsInstigating and/or conducting research about industry and business landscapes and themes and connecting these to existing, emerging, new, and customised technologies and solutions.Developing propositions associated with tender requests and client engagements, including options and incorporating thought leadership.Negotiation of deals in particular commercials.Leading and/or contributing to the successful delivery of client projects.Key Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Qualifications:Experience in multinational industries and companies and connected and associated technologies.Domain knowledge associated with multinational industries - globally and locally.Demonstrated experience in consulting and delivering projects and business outcomes.Needs to have at least 3 years of experience working in IT Partner organisations executing a global delivery modelDemonstrated experience in identifying, analysing and articulating the Energy & Utilities industry and specific business problems/opportunities, and conceptualising and communicating pragmatic and holistic ideas and solutions, employing various consulting practices and methodologies.Track record of building sustained relationships and growing business.Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, financial analysis, stakeholder management, change management, and issue and risk management.Working with Cross-functional & Multi-location teams: Significant experience in leading proposal development, tender and bid teams, negotiation, and commercial terms for larger deals.Leadership, management, and delivery of positive business impacts and outcomes through client and/or ecosystem partnering and the application of fit-for-purpose solutions.What next?If you are looking for that next challenge in your career and wish to apply for this role, please forward your resume to
