As the Service Advisor, you will be working Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm with rostered Saturdays at our Hyundai dealership in Hamilton. The Service Advisor's role is to be the competent contact person for the booking and servicing of customer vehicles over the phone and customer counter. You will provide effective customer service to a standard that drives increased sales, dealership performance, and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include Actively promote all of Ingham's products and services. Greet customers at drop off and collection of their vehicle. Prepare quotes and invoices for repairs. Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to maximize repeat business from customer retention. Contribute to customer satisfaction by accurately receiving and recording booking and parts sales information. Customer/Client relations building Skills & Experience requirements A current clean full Driver's Licence Minimum 3+ years in customer service or administration experience Ability to multi-task & cope under pressure situations Professional approach. Currently living in New Zealand and/or hold a valid work visa (if applicable) Friendly communicator with good English language skills and a high level of personal integrity. Excellent remuneration package with bonus incentives This is a permanent, full-time role offering a 45-hour minimum work week.
