We have also just recently introduced our new giftware range.

Job Description • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies and ensure alignment with the
company's vision and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including products
development, sourcing, manufacturing, supply and distribution, and customer
services.
• Lead the development of homeware and giftware products, staying abreast of
market trends and customer preferences to ensure a competitive product lineup.• Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a culture of creativity,
collaboration, and excellence.
• Drive marketing and sales initiatives, leveraging digital platforms, retail
partnerships, and trade shows to maximize brand visibility and customer
• Optimize the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of our products while
managing costs and minimizing environmental impact.
• Continuously improve the customer experience by soliciting feedback,
implementing product improvements, and providing exceptional pre- and
• Identify new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally, and
develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities for business growth.
Requirements • Candidate with at least 5 years experience as General Manager in
large/transnational organization is preferred.
• Possess at least Bachelor's degree or above.
• Sufficient work experience in manufacturing / production / import & export
• Preferably bilingual (English and Mandarin) .
• Well organized, meticulous, able to work independently and manage tight
deadlines.
• Candidate who has demonstrated outstanding achievements (Patents, awards,
etc.) in leading companies during the tenure is preferred.
• Candidate with wide connection of resources in overseas market is preferred.
